About Siyata Storage
Drive west on Market Street from the middle of Rockport for about a mile and you'll find us on the left: eleven single-level buildings on a 3.58-acre lot. The first buildings went up in 2017. Our original buildings stood through Hurricane Harvey undamaged.
It was a family business before Nosson bought it in 2023, and it's still family-owned today. Before then it was called Rockport Self Storage. Six more buildings were finished in 2025, all of them on one level, and every unit on the property has a wind-rated door.
We wanted a place where you can see what a unit costs and what fits in it before you ever drive over, so both are on this website. It's how we'd want to be treated if we were the ones renting.

People
Nosson, owner
I'm Nosson, a local Texan and a hands-on owner. I care about Rockport and about everyone who stores their things with us.
Emilio, manager
Emilio runs the day-to-day: move-ins, gate codes, questions about sizes, and anything that needs fixing. He's the one who answers the phone, from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday, and he speaks Spanish.
